One Ocean

Been thinking about the message that I'm hearing from numerous sources. Traditional Eastern teachings, Dr. Wayne Dyer, and the Course in Miracles are all saying the same thing: there is only one energy. We are all part of one.

Our entire existence is predicated on separateness so it is hard to grasp the "all are one" concept. It occurred to me that perhaps this is a good analogy: there is only one ocean on our planet. We create divisions where none exist and call difference parts by different names but it is still only one ocean. For me to pray to the Holy Spirit or Jesus to ask for them to intercede on my behalf to God is akin to the Indian Ocean asking the Atlantic Ocean to intercede with the Pacific Ocean. It's ridiculous: there is only one ocean.

And recall, you are a part of that one. As it changes, you change; as you change, the all changes. Blessed be.
