I'm listening to something on Hay House radio and the speaker just told about a teacher he had who said that to meditate he lost himself in love. "How do you lose yourself in love," the speaker asked.
My first thought was that I do that when I'm alone with my dogs. There is no judgment, no assumption, no demand, nothing but being. That's apparently why my dogs are in my life: to teach me how to lose myself in love.
By the way if anyone is actually reading this I've created a blog just for the dogs. Webster finally wore me down. It is here: http://dogasthenics.blogspot.com/
